In india the insulin resistance is high compared to other western states ..the tendency of adopting western culture is arising in taking food..massive conversion of consumers towards fast food and pepsico drinks is seriously affecting the health of indian than western..but japan is the only country which is safe from CVD problems it may be supposed due to genetic or the pattern of the food they follow.but stroke death rate seems to be present..
CVD accounted for 32% of death in india for 2000 by the estimation of WHO in 1960 the death due to CVD was only 4% but in 1990 it became more than 50%....
hypertension is another complication...
the most important problem is that the psychological attempt of copying the western lifestyle is being a major problem ..beware ..
